Configuring Microsoft Office Outlook
The following instructions are aimed at setting up an email account in Microsoft Outlook 2003 on Windows XP (Home or Professional Editions). The same server and logon information applies to versions of the software and all versions of Windows, but the places to input these values may be located in different areas. If you need any assistance you can call for help or check the application's website for further information.

- Step 1
Click on the Start button, go to All Programs (Sometimes just called Programs) and look for Microsoft Office folder in the list. In this folder you should look for the Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 shortcut. Click on it to open it.

- Step 2
When Outlook 2003 loads, go to the top menu (File, Edit, View, etc) and click on Tools and then E-mail Accounts. This will open a new window called Internet Accounts.

- Step 3
In the new window, click on the Mail tab at the top, and then click on the button labeled Add and then select Mail. The E-mail Accounts window should now appear. Click on Add a new e-mail account and click Next to continue.

- Step 4
The Server Type window should now be visible. Select POP3 and then click Next.

- Step 5
Fill in all the information requested in the next window, using mail.agwireless.net for your Incoming Mail (POP3) server and smtp.agwireless.net for your Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server. Under Logon Information enter your full email address (your-username@agwireless.net) for your username and enter your password. Verify the information and click More Settings.

- Step 6
In the Internet E-mail Settings window that opened up, click on the Outgoing Server tab. Put a checkmark in My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Click OK and the window will close. Now click Next.

- Step 7
Your account is now configured for use in Microsoft Outlook. Click Finish to close the wizard.

Your email account is set up and ready to use. Repeat the above steps to add additional accounts. You can also access your email on the internet from anywhere in the world by going to http://webmail.agwireless.net in a browser window. Remember to log in using your full email address and password.
